The kolache (from either a Czech word koláÄ?) is a nature and severity of pastry consisting of fillings ranging from fruits to meats to cheeses in the bread roll. Originally sole the sweetly afters from either Eastern Europe, they use at times get popular around area of the US, especially in Texas, where a meat filled versions, like victims manufactured using sausage and jalapeños, apparently originated.
